HUD intends to procure Field Reviews of Compliance Inspection Reports for the Maryland State Office. Field Reviewers shall perform, with plans and specs in hand, Architectural Field Reviews of Compliance Inspection Reports prepared by fee inspectors on proposed construction, under construction and existing construction properties receiving high loan-to-value financing to ensure that construction complies with HUD requirements. These services will be required on an as-needed basis for a 1-year contract term with possible extension of two addtional 1-year periods.
