Unit sizes vary from 5 tons to 40 tons. A/E firm to have permanent staff HVAC engineer(s) who are knowledgeable of the new environmentally safe refrigerants. Estimated construction cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Area of consideration is restricted to firms located within a 100 mile radius of this Medical Center.
