The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, quality control,
tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform
recurring tree trimming and other incidental related work. Work will be
in close proximity of electrical lines. The contract requires
dielectric certifications for all tools, equipment, and vehicle-mounted
aerial devices which require insulation for use near power lines and
facilities. The contractor shall perform a survey of all trees in
various housing areas. The survey shall identify trees by locations,
category, size, and include recommendations for tree removals if
determined unhealthy or unsafe for quarters and occupants. The
contractor shall provide a tree survey on a database program compatible
with Microsoft Access. The contractor shall also update the housing
area sketches which shows plan views of quarters with relative
locations of trees. The sketches shall be done on Autocad, Release 12
or later. SIC Code 0783 applies. The contract includes option
provisions to extend the term in subsequent years. The total term of
the contract will be a 12 month base period plus two option years. If
the Government does not award a follow-on contract in time, the
Government may require the Contractor to continue performance for an
additional period up to six months under the Option to Extend Services
clause. In either case, the Government will not synopsize the options
when exercised. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an
existing contract. Therefore, there is no information on prior

contract listed here is 100 percent small business set-aside. Offers
from concerns other than small business concerns are not solicited. The
solicitation utilizes source selection procedures which require
offerors to submit a technical and price proposal for evaluation by the
