The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement to obtain maintenance services at developed recreation sites within the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area (RRCNCA) which is located approximately 11 miles west of the Charleston/Rainbow intersection, Las Vegas Nevada. Required services generally consist of emptying of trash containers, cleaning of toilet facilities, cleaning of picnic tables and collecting litter and trash. Maintenance services shall be performed seven days a week, 363 days a year between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m (no work required Thanksgiving or Christmas). Resulting contract will consist of a one year basic period (April, 1997 through March, 1998) along with four (4) one year options.
