NRISO intends to solicit Universal Capital Funding of Edina, 15695 Medina Rd., Plymouth, MN 55447, on a sole-source basis for 20 each, refurbished 16-port analog line circuit cards, Lucent Technologies PEC Code 63136, with a one year advance replacement warranty, guaranteed eligibility for Lucent Technologies maintenance. Cards must be 100% compatible with Definity G3R System Switch. Supports both LED & Neon message waiting indicators. Supports analog voice terminals in the same building as Definity System or "out of the building" up to 20,000 feet. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-42 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-11.
