Postal Service is soliciting proposals to install dock levelers, new retaining wall and concrete pad; enclose carrier loading area and install new canopy at the White River Junction Processing & Distribution Center at 10 Sykes Avenue in White River Junction, VT 05001-9997. Work includes, but is not limited to, site work, concrete, masonry, metals, electrical, equipment, and other related miscellaneous work. The estimated cost of the work is between $250,000.00 and $600,000.00, with completion within 120 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Sealed offers will be received in this office prior to, but no later than, 4:00 p.m. on February 27, 1997. Offers will not be publicly opened. The number of offers received, the identity of the offerors, the amount of any offer, or relative standing of the offerors WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANYONE until award of contract is made.
