PRESOLICITATION NOTICE -- The work includes site demolition; finish carpentry; built-up asphalt roofing (minor roof repair); joint sealants; steel doors and frames; wood doors; door hardware; metal support assemblies; gypsum board; ceramic tile, quarry tile, and paver tile; acoustical ceilings; resilient tile flooring; carpet; paints and coatings; toilet partitions; access flooring; accordion folding partitions; toilet and bath accessories; theater seating; engineering control of asbestos containing materials; addressable interior fire alarm system; preaction fire suppression sprinklers; basic mechanical materials and methods; mechanical sounds, vibration, and seismic control; mechanical insulation; chilled water piping; low temperature water (LTW) heating system; plumbing systems; air handling units; ductwork and ductwork accessories; HVAC testing/adjusting/balancing; basic electrical materials and methods; interior distribution system; interior lighting; intercommunication system; and incidental related work, complete and ready for use. -- The estimated cost is $$1,000,000 and $5,000,000. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract. -- Contract duration is approximately 180 calendar days. -- This proposed contract will be unrestricted. -- The Standard Industrial Code is 1752 and the annual size standard is $7.0 million.
