The Department of Defense has a requirement for technical and engineering support services, for and during the delivery phase of the AGOR 24. The contractor will be required to provide support during and after the delivery of the vessel to Scripps Institution of Oceanography, and have the technical expertise to complete all post-delivery work. This will be negotiated on a sole source basis with The Regents of the University of California, San Diego, Scripps Institution of Oceanography who is the custodian of the ship.
