UNICOR intends to issue a solicitation for sales and customer service support compensated on a percent of sales basis, and installation and design services compensated through fixed price fees. The anticipated value of the contract exceeds $5 million. The resulting contract will be negotiated for a five year period to a single company to provide value added services to our customer base. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price Requirements. Inspection and Acceptance: Various locations. Delivery: Within 24 hours of customer's needs. Services will be provided shall include: customer acquisition planning assistance for budgetary purposes, engineering, space planning, design services, order assistance, quoting, inside delivery, set-up, installation, after sales service such as, warranty work, and other services necessary to meet UNICOR customer's expectations. The successful offeror shall have an established computer system to monitor and track all customer quotes, orders, shipments, and installations. Reports shall be required weekly showing quotations by product, booked orders by product, booking forecasts for each quote, and a customer contact log. Evaluation Factors: Price, Past Performance, Coverage of territories, experience of selling to the Federal Government, and Organization and approach to accomplishing the program.
