The Naval Aviation Depot, Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for the repair/coating of nozzles and blades which is to be performed in accordance with NAVAIR 02-1-20; pop No. 1 and 2 dated 93 Oct. 11 and NAVAIR 02B-105AJB-6-2; WP 01400 and 01600 dated 93 Aug. 31. The offeror must provide proof of GE certification for CODEP B and B1 Coatings. The period of performance is 15 May 1997 thru 14 May 1998 with provision for two (2) option years. The government will ship the repairable blades and nozzles to the contractor's facility for repair and the contractor will be required to return the items FOB Destination, Cherry Point, NC after they are repaired. The estimated quantity for the base year is one thousand (1000) 1st stage turbine nozzle, part number 5009T40, two hundred (200) second stage turbine nozzles, part number 6041T55, four hundred (400) second stage nozzles, part number 6004T75, two hundred (200) Second stage turbine nozzles, part number 6051T26, Seven thousand (7000) First stage turbine Blade, part number 6051T72, Three thousand (3000) Second stage blade.
