The HUD Boston Contracting Office intends to procure for Specification Writer Services for HUD acquired properties for the Massachusetts HUD Single Family Real Estate Owned (REO) Branch. The contract will cover the geographic area of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The term of the contract will be for a one year period with (2) one year options. The contractor shall furnish the necessary services, personnel, material and equipment necessary to accomplish the task. Contractor will provide a detailed listing of repairs with cost estimates for property located in a revitalization area.
