CITY ASSESSMENT The USDA, Agricultural Research Service intends to enter into a sole-source contract with the City of Fargo, ND. This contract is to fund the USDA's portion of the city assessment for improvements to the street adjacent to the USDA property. The city will let bids for the improvements.
