X -- PREQUALIFICATION OF NCL LESSORS/CONTRACTORS SOL 072976-97-A-0090 DUE 030697 POC Ed Giagni, (303) 220-6522 The Denver Facilities Service Office, U.S. Postal Service is soliciting written expressions of interest from prospective lessors/contractors desiring to be placed on a prequalified list for new construction leased (NCL) of facilities in the Las Vegas District (all of Nevada and northeast corner of California, Zip Code Area 961). All applicants will be evaluated by a USPS committee, and BEST qualified firms will be placed on the prequalified list for a period of two (2) years. ONLY prequalified firms will be allowed to submit proposals for NCL projects in the Las Vegas District. Interested firms should forward a request for a prequalification package to Cindy Nelson-Williams at the above address, or FAX (303) 220-6511. Telephone requests will not be accepted. There is no charge for prequalification packages. This is not a Request for Proposals.
