Estate Consultant, (415)328-0447. The United States Postal Service is
solicitating proposals for a Main Post Office of 2,500 net interior
square feet to be constructed on a site of approximately 30,000 gross
square feet in Shaver Lake, CA. Basic lease term of twenty years with
two renewal periods at the option of the Postal Service for five years
each. The site controlled by the Postal Service is located near the
northeast corner of Toll House Road (Hwy 168) and Ockenden Village
Road, Shaver Lake, California, at a cost of $125,000. The site is to be
subdivided from Lot 1 of Tract No. 3214 as recorded in Book 35, Page 93
of Plats, Fresno County Records. The successful Offeror will be
required to purchase the site in accordance with an assignable option.
Request for a solicitation package should be submitted along with your
name, address, telephone number and a certified or cashier's check for
$25.00 made payable to "USPS Disbursing Officer" for each package. The
fee is non-refundable. Request for the solicitation must be in writing.

Avenue, Suite 420, Palo Alto, CA 94301-2536. No telephone request will
be accepted. Offerors are cautioned to consult with the local county
planning, building department, public works department and other
related agencies (i.e.: fire department, environmental health
department, etc.) concerning additional requirements and/or fees prior
to submitting a proposal. Offeror is responsible for including all
construction costs in his offer as may be required by Federal and/or
State and/or county and/or city governments having jurisdiction.
Proposal modification or withdrawal must be written or telegraphic
notice and must be received by the date and time set for receipt of
proposals. Information relative to the number of proposals received,
the identity of offerors, the amount of any offer or the relative
standing of offerors will not be disclosed to anyone whose official
postal duties do not require such knowledge. Offers will not be
publicly opened. Offerors are encouraged to submit proposals via US
