S -- IN-STORE DELI/BAKERY OPERATION SOL DECA02-97-R-0004 DUE 050197 POC Contract Specialist Lynn Lazos (804) 734-9839 (Site Code HQCAAA) Contractor shall provide a highly efficient well-stocked resale deli/bakery operation similar to a "high grade" commercial supermarket deli/bakery which is aggressively oriented to patron satisfaction. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, food products, supplies, equipment (other than those that will be identified as Government- furnished) and other items and services necessary to operate a full service resale deli/bakery operation in the Northeast Region covering the following commissaries: Cluster One: Bangor, Hanscom AFB, New London, and Fort Monmouth. Cluster Two: Fort Drum, West Point, McGuire, Carlisle Barracks. Cluster Three: Fort Ritchie, Aberdeen, Fort Myer, and Fort Meade. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing, displaying, merchandising, processing and storing products for sale to commissary patrons. The Contractor shall retain the ownership of deli/bakery products until scanned by the Government at the front-end register. This solicitation will be solicited onan unrestricted basis with Cluster Three as a Small Business Set-aside. All written requests will be honored.
