The contractor shall furnish all parts, tools, labor, supervision and materials necessary to construct a 25,000 square foot Fuel Systems Maintenance and Corrosion Control Facility. This facility provides space to perform environmentally safe repair of C-130 aircraft fuel cells, bladders and for performing corrosion control on C-130 aircraft parts on and off the aircraft. Functional areas to include: Fuel cell corrosion control hangar bay, bladder repair shop, support shop space, paint spray area for painting large and small parts, training and administration areas. Magnitude of this project is $1,000,000-$5,000,000. The solicitation packages will be issued o/a Feb 25, 1997 with bid opening o/a Mar 25, 1997. Contract performance time is approximately 300 days. Plans will be available for inspection at USPFO For Idaho, 3489 West Harvard St., Gowen Field, Boise, Idaho 83705. Request for invitation for bids may be submitted after publication of this notice.
