This facility will include approximately 4,500 sf of administrative space, 5,800 sf of hospital lab space, 3,200 of warehouse space, 450 sf of library space, and miscellaneous circulation and support spaces. This facility is required to relocate approximately 32 medical personnel due to the closure of Fitzsimons Army Medical Center. Required facility occupancy date is October, 1998. The facility will be situated on a roughly 500 foot by 500 foot undeveloped site, located north of the Fort Lewis Logistics Center. Site development, including extension of roads and utilities, and all parking and landscaping will be provided. RFP will include concept level design development of the building, and final design development of sitework and supporting facilities. Plans and specs available on or about 24 Feb 97 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available. Documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted.
