Contracting Officer. The Officer in Charge requires all labor,
supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and management
necessary to provide services on multi-utility construction projects
including sewer maintenance/rehab, storm, drains and water distribution
and any incidental relating work. Work to be accomplished by means of
an Indefinite Quantity Requirements type contract. The contract term is
for a period of one (1) year. The Government shall have the option to
extend the term of the contract services for additional periods of one
to twelve months. The total contract term, including exercise of any
options, shall not exceed 36 months. This procurement is not set-aside
for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification
Code (SIC) is 1623 and the size standard is $6M. Large business firms
will be required to submit a subcontracting plan prior to award. Plans
and specifications will be ready on about 12 June 1997. Estimated Bid
Opening Date is 12 July 1997. Only written or faxed requestsfor the
