The U.S. ARMY TACOM-ARDEC is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources of Illuminating Signal Flares/Designs utilizing materials or compositions other than those containing magnesium fuel. The alternate material flares/designs must be readily available or be rapidly able to integrate into the existing munitions/system designs. Pertinent technical description, test and evaluation data, applications of the item and conformance with environmental requirements information are needed for this survey. Responses should consist of company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, fax number, description of item(s) which may apply and company brochures/literature regarding contractor capability. Interested companies are encouraged to submit their responses and ideas to the Contract Specialist. This notice is not a request for proposal.
