The National Emergency Training Center has a requirement for various facility support services. The primary functions to be performed are the operation, maintenance, repair, alteration and minor construction of the facility, HVAC, grounds maintenance/landscaping, housekeeping/janitorial, warehousing, copying/duplicating, mail/courier services, as well as all student support services. The student support services include residential/housing management, transportation arrangements, student admissions tracking and data entry services. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, vehicles, equipment, except as specified as Government furnished property. The resulting contract will have a Base Year period followed by four (4) one-year option periods. A combination firm-fixed price/labor hour type contract is contemplated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be released on or about March 3, 1997 with aclosing date of May 6, 1997. A pre-proposal conference at the NETC is anticipated, the time and date will be included in the solicitation.
