U -- DEVELOPMENT OF EXPORTABLE VIDEO TRAINING CLASSES SOL W31RYO-EXPB-LTRN POC Contract Specialist Roberta Bailey (205) 895-1159 (Site Code DACA87) The Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, intends to award a Time and Materials contract containing a base year and four option year periods after full and open competition. This contract will provide all services, personnel and materials necessary to develop and produce video based training materials. The effort will require instructional developmment development skills in the preparation of Facilitator Guides, Student Study Guides, training support materials, scripts, Video Content Carriers and multimedia course materials for training courses. It will require personnel such as a project manager, technical training writers, script writers, video production specialists, ultimedia specialists, graphic/animation specialists and administrative support; some of these personnel will be required to work in Huntsville, AL., in order to operate Government owned video production equipment and multimedia edit suite. The video-based/multimedia exportable training products shall be based on a Governmentfurnished Design Concept and related materials. Tech writing, scripting, video production and authoring of the final training product will be a part of the process. Vendors may be required to provide an oral presentation on their capabilities as a part of the evaluation process. Participation will be limited to business concerns listed on the Qualified Video Producers List (QVPL).
