The work includes, but is not limited to removing the existing EDPM roof, built-up roof, insulation board, and gypsum board from Martin Hall, Building 206 and removing the existing EDPM roof, insulation board, and gypsum board from a portion of Elber Hall, Building 222. Replace the roofs with new modified bitumen roof and insulation. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. 4096 and Drawing No. 2-20656-1 through 2-20656-6 (sheets T-1, A-1 through A-5. All work shall be completed within 90 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Plans (half-size), specifications, and all necessary bid documents will be available approximately 06 MARCH 1997.
