CTT/H3 Integration, meinertm@doim6.monmouth.army.mil. The proposed
acquisition is to develop, integrate and install an improved Data
Distribution System (DDS-2) that integrates the Commanders Tactical
Terminal 3 Channel Hybrid (CTT/H3) into the Guardrail/Common Sensor
(GR/CS) Systems 1, 3 and 4 Integrated Processing Facilities (IPF). The
DDS-2 as a minimum shall provide a reliable message oriented
communications interface between the GR/CS system and Automated Digital
Network (AUTODIN), the Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
Tactical Reconnaissance Intelligence Exchange System (TRIXS) and the
collateral TRIXS network, as well as providing point to point messaging
via the Mobile Suscriber Equipment (MSE). The interface to each TRIXS
network utilizes the CTT/H3 which will be Government Furnished
Equipment (GFE). Interested parties must posses TS SCI clearances and
collateral SECRET cleared facilities in order to perform this effort.
Appropriate documentation, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and
security accreditation are required for this effort. This effort shall
also include upgrading System 3 Aircraft and Flightline Maintenance
vans Options include Training, Providing a kit for the upgrade of
System 2 and provisioning of spare parts pertinent to this upgrade
effort. This acquisition shall be a competitive Best Value Source
Selection, Full and Open Competition on a Firm-Fixed- Price basis. Past
Performance and Small Business Subcontracting Plan proposals shall be
submitted two weeks in advance of the formal due date for proposals.
All proposals shall be in writing as set forth in the solicitation. The
Government is planning to have oral discussions with offerors. The US
Army CECOM has established an Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) to
provide electronic transmittal of Request for Proposal (RFPs) and
Invitation for Bids (IFBs) from Government to Industry. All interested
parties wishing to do business with CECOM are invited to access,
operate, send, and receive data from the CECOM EBB system. To become a
user of the EBB, you will need an identificationcode and password in
addition to a computer terminal equipped with the necessary hardware
and software to interface with the EBB System. A user's identification
code and password will be issued upon request along with instructions
for downloading the EBB user's manual. All request must include (1)
company name, (2) points of contact, name(s), and title(s), (3) return
address(es) and (4) telephone number(s). Please send your request in
