Includes, but is not limited to: Demolish, remove, and legally dispose of off site and off base the existing septic tanks at buildings 1710, 1734, and at the south end of the Resistance Training Compound. Provide two new sewer pressure mound systems with associated septic tanks, gravity and pressure sewer lines, pump stations, service connections and electrical connections. Perform final clean-up of area to remove all demolition debris. Complete specifications shall be contained in the solicitation. Total performance period is 80 calendar days in two phases: Phase 1 shall be 35 calendar days to prepare, submit, and receive approval on required submittals; Phase 2 shall be 45 calendar days to occupy the work sites and physically accomplish work. Separate Notices to Proceed shall be issued for each phase. SIC is 1623. Small Business Size Standard is $17 million. Project magnitude is $25,000 to $100,000.
