The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Stennis Space Center (SSC) Comercial Remote Sensing Program (CRSP) at the John C. Stennis Space Center (SSC) has a requirement for remote sensing data. NASA/SSC is seeking proposals to provide a comprehensive range of remote sensing data. Specific elements are to provide: Digital airborne imagery/data primarily from commercial airborne systems. Data acquisitions of this type should primarily come from the following five (5) sensor technology categories: (1) High Resolution (<5 meter) Multispectral systems; (2) Hyperspectral Imaging Systems; (3) Multi-band Thermal Imaging Systems; (4) Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) Systems; and (5) Light Detecting and Ranging (LIDAR) Systems: Satellite remote sensing imagery and aerial photography to fill requests from CRSP data users: and Flight services to host commercially developed prototypical sensor systems for data acquisition. A one (1) year contract with four (4) one-year options is anticipated to be awarded. Based on satisfaction and availability of funds, the contract would be extended for years 2-5. This procurement is being conducted under the NASA/SSC MidRange Pilot Test Program approved by the Office of Federal Procurement Policy on April 16, 1993. The sic code and the size standard for this procurement are 8999 and $5.0M annual receipts respectively. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. (0052)
