THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; proposals are
being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This

Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 3629. The US Army CECOM intends to
procure, on a firm fixed price basis, the following item: Battery

Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract is anticipated. An

prices for the following ranges of quantities for ordering: 50 to 74

of prices for each of these ranges should be proposed for each of the
five (5) year periods starting from date of award. FOR EVALUATION
PURPOSES ONLY, an average unit price will be calculated for each of the
five (5) years of the proposed contract. The range unit price offered
will be applied to the maximum quantity in the range and the sum of the
four calculations will be divided by 672 (the total of the four maximum
range quantities). Repeat the above process for each of the five years'
prices. The five (5) yearly average unit prices will be added then
