The Air Force Flight Test Center has an immediate requirement for a link analyzer (2 each) with the following characteristics: (1) Bit Rate -- 1bps to 50 Mbps, 4 digit resolution. (2) PCM Codes-NRZ-L,MS; B1 -L,M,S; DM-M,M 2-M,RZ and RNRZ. (3) Operating Modes-Bit error rate, bit slip probability, acquisition time. (4) Patterns-Eight predefined formats: Description: (a) 2 11-1 PN sequence with one bit added, bits length 512. (b) Alternating 1010 pattern w/32 bit Barker Code, bits length 2048. (c) As in #2 with 128 bit blanking, bits length 2048. (d) 211-1 PN sequence, bits length 2047. (e) 211-1 PN sequence with 128 bit blanking, bits length 2047. (f) 215-1 PN sequence, 32767. (g) 215-1 PN sequence 1 with 12x bit blanking, bits length 32767. (h) 215-1 PN sequence with 1 bit added, bits length 32767. (5) PCM Output: Programmable to 0.5V, 1V, 2V, or 5V @ 50W. (6) Sample Interval: Programmable from 103 to 109. (7) Fixed Outputs: Fixed level data,00, and 900 clock outputs are provided in TTL. (8) Error Count: Bit or clock errors from sample periods of 103 to 109 bit periods, continuos accumulate. (9) Control: Front panel keypads with LED display and remote control via RS-232 interface. (10) Size: Rack mountable (EIA compatible). The Air Force Flight Test Center intends to purchase items from DECOM Systems Inc., 1939 Palormar Oaks Way, Carlsbad, Ca 92009, unless responses to this notice reveal additional sources capable of Supplying the item with equivalent specifications. The Simplified Acquisition Procedure (SAP) will be used in awarding this contract by written quotation.
