It is anticipated that pilot services will be required to assist in the sail to and through the following locations: Ogdensburg, NY; Cleveland, OH; Sault Ste. Marie, MI; Duluth, MN; St. Ignace, MI; St. Joseph, MI; Muskegon, MI; Milwaukee, WI; Chicago, IL; Erie, PA; and Oswego, NY. Pilot services will be required starting late June 1997. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. Solicitation will be issued approximately 1 May 1997. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Requests for the solicitation must state that neither the requestor nor principal corporate officials and owner are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive a contract from any federal agency.
