Lodging -- The U.S. Coast Guard has a requirement for the lodging of Coast Guard crewmen while their assigned vessel is undergoing repairs/overhaul at the Coast Guard YARD. Area of location shall be within a 10 mile radius of the Coast Guard YARD, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, Maryland -- Lodging requirements are for approximately 12 singles and 72 doubles for an estimated total of 49 days each. A firm-fixed-price requirements contract is anticipated. Performance under this contract shall be scheduled by placing orders with the contractor. Duration of the contract period is expected to be from approximately 4 August 97 to 15 Oct 97. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency.
