Construction includes: reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab, steel frame with metal panel siding and roof, electrical, mechanical, and fire detection-suppression systems, explosion proof fixtures, spill containment, and prewiring to accommodate required communications and data services. Supporting features include utilities and exterior improvements, such as vehicle parking, access roads and landscaping. Plans and specs available on or about 24 Mar 97 at no charge per set.
