The scope of this project includes widening the north side of existing apron, providing new blast deflectors on the north and south side of the apron, conduit and power for desiccant wheel dehumidifiers at each of the 10 new parking spots, aircraft power pits at each of the 10 new parking spots, fueling hydrant pits at each of the eight new parking spots, additional pumping capacity, 7,000 square yards of AGE parking, three stub-outs for future connection to the south pritchard system, and improved apron lighting. As an additive bid item, two aircraft power pits constructed under the previous project and two new power pits will be wired with 400 hertz power. See the documents included in the scope of work section. Construct an entry control point with pavement access. In addition, the project will include a security fence with three turnstile locations and one motorized vehicle gate. Backup power for the entire security system is required. Perimeter lighting with power supply, light poles and fixtures are also required. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $5,000,000 to $10,000,000.
