N/A Air Force Recognition and Payment of ICBM Prime Integration Contract (PIC) Subcontract Proposal B&P Cost Prospective offerors are advised that the Air Force, in order to promote maximum viable competition for the ICBM PIC, will recognize a portion of the subcontract B&P cost incurred by Boeing North American (BNA) in preparing and submitting subcontract proposals requested by ICBM PIC first-tier contractors. The B&P cost incurred by BNA is reimbursable to the extent allocable, allowable and reasonable in accordance with Government Cost Accounting Standards and Contract Cost Principles. Contractors interested in bidding on the PIC as a prime contractor and view BNA vital to their proposal endeavors are requested to contact ICBM PIC Program Manager, Lt Col Mike Mochel (801-777-9159) no later than 14 March 97.
