The Government intends to purchase a new air cooled rotary screw liquid chiller 80 ton 1 each. Unit shall be furnished complete with rotary screw semi-hermetic compressors, evaporator, air cooled condenser, low ambient controls to allow operation down to 10 degrees f, and control panel fitted with a discharge pressure gauge, suction pressure gauge, oil pressure gauge. The Government shall be responsible for installation of equipment. After installation the contractor shall be responsible for installation testing and for providing all engineering service, labor, material, equipment, operation manuals, maintenance manuals, and supervision necessary for testing. Manufacturer shall provide a parts and labor warranty for a period of one year after start-up award. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
