This announment constitutes the only solicition: proposals are being requested and a written solicition will not be issued. However, due to the lenghty Statement of Work (SOW), all interested offerors must request a written copy (mail or FAX, no oral ones), of the SOW. This solicition is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). Submit written quotes (no oral ones), on requisition F41636-97-R-0053. This procurement is unrestricted, Full and Open Competition. This solicition document and incoporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45. Standard Industrial Code 3585. Furnish: one packaged air-cooled chiller complete with controls and unit-mounted two speed chilled water pump, power cables, and hoses, all installed on a government furnished equipment (GFE) trailer as required to meet the SOW.Equipment shall be installed to allow transporting on public roadways with one-time permits. Delivery: 120 days after award. FOB: Destination for delivery is 37 CE storage yard behind building 5595, 1555 Gott Street, Lackland AFB, TX. 78236-5439.
