Boghosian, Project Manager (508) 664-7042 On or about Wednesday, March 19, 1997, the United States Postal Service, Windsor Facilities Service Office, 6 Griffin Road North, Windsor, CT will issue a solicitation to renovate newly leased space adjacent to the Air Mail Center located at 61 Harborside Drive (Suffolk County), Boston, MA. Sealed offers are due on or before Tuesday, April 15, 1997 no later than 4:00 p.m. EST. The estimated cost of the work is between $225,000.00 and $325,000.00. The contract completion time is seventy five (75) calendar days after award. THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC OPENING OF THE PROPOSALS AND THE RESULTS OF THE ADVERTISEMENT WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED UNTIL AWARD OF THE PROJECT. There will be a preproposal conference held on Wednesday, April 2, 1997 beginning at 1:00 p.m. on site (61 Harborside Drive) to discuss the specifics of the project.
