Job includes, but is not limited to: Removal of single ply roofing and flashing membrane, and roof insulation; remove/replace existing roof drains; remove, clean, seal and replace existing domed skylights. Various warranties required. NOTE -- built up flashing membrane has tested positive for asbestos of 14% -- 16% and must be abated and disposed of per code requirements.
