The contract is a firm fixed price, indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery type contract. Technical specifications consist of a majority of facilities engineering type work and a unit price book with item descriptions, unit measure and unit prices. Contractors will be required to submit pricing in the form of coefficients for normal working hours and other than normal working hours; coefficients will be used as a multiplier to determine actual costs of work ordered. Performance period is for a base year of 12 months with three, 12 month option years. Estimated range of project for base and 3 option years is more than $10 million; guaranteed minimum for each year as follows: $300,000; $350,000; $350,000; $400,000. Minimum/Maximum Delivery Order total is $2,000/$500,000. SIC is 1541/$17 million. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 with award pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program; therefore, this acquisition is UNRESTRICTED. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are available from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
