Z -- ROOF REPLACEMENT OF BRADLEY BARRACKS AT THE U.S. MILITARY ACADEMY, WEST POINT,NY SOL DAMA01-97-R-0003 DUE 052097 POC Contract Specialist BOB MURPHY (914) 938-4508 (Site Code DAMA01) This work consist of replacing the roof for Bradley Barracks, Building 756, located at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, N Y. Work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove and disposal of existing roofing materials and related items, down to but not including lightweight concrete fill, repointing of masonry beneath flashing, relocate electrical conduits, relocate speakers where they interfere with roof replacement, provide electrical outlets, restore roof deck and lightweight concrete fill as required, construct new modified bitumen roofing system and related items complete, to include but not limited to insulation, membrane, blocking, flashing, caulking, seals, rain hoods, roof drain strainers, and walk pads, cleanout all storm piping to mains. This acquisition is unrestricted. The estimated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Estimated Proposal Issue date is on or about 18 April 97, with a Proposal Closing date of on or about 20 May 97.
