The system requirements are: a comprehensive, Windows PC based computerized scheduling program utilizing integrated databases to develop and publish flying and duty schedules, check pilot qualifications, currencies, crew rest,conflicts, duty day, manage syllabus flow, track student class progress, integrate yearly and monthly flying hour program based on sorties, hours, Primary Aircraft Assigned (PAA) and Utilization(UTE) rates, and LAN operable with modules for real time updates by the maintenance operations center. The software will also track events as they are accomplished, enabling queries while building the schedule and is capable of interfacing with existing Air Force Operational Resource Management System (AFORMS) database.
