70 -- SOFTWARE LICENSES SOL 7-3140-0091 DUE 051597 POC Mary Jo Patrick, Contract Specialist, (303)275-7373 The Minerals Management Service intends to issue a delivery order to ASAP Software Express, Inc. 850 Asbury Drive, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 under their GSA contract number GS-35F-4027D to procure Microsoft Corp. software usage licenses for the products: Backoffice Client Access P/N 1684936; Backoffice Server, P/N 1684937; Office Professional P/N 1684951; Project for Windows P/N 1684958; Windwos NT Client P/N 1684975; Windows NT Client Workstation P/N 1684977; and Windows 32 Family, P/N 1684978 which includes Win for Workgroup, Win 95 and WIN3.11. The software license includes CD-ROM upgrades at no additional cost. The period of coverage shall be for two consecutive years. There are a total of 1200 computers dispursed among 27 sites. Interested parties holding current GSA contracts may submit a response via U.S. Mail including descriptive technical literature and pricing data sufficient to determine capability to meet the described requirements. Any response must be received in the procurement office within 15 calendar days after the issue date of this notice. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered.
