The synopsis text is revised to read as follows: The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for the development and testing of a night capable infrared framing reconnaissance camera capable of: 1) capturing inherently two-dimensional imagery of approximately 2000x2000 pixels per frame; 2) graded on-chip forward motion compensation; 3)instantaneous field-of-view (IFOV) equal to 200 microradians; 4) operation in the midwave thermal infrared; and 5) operation in a pod on a tactical aircraft. Contractor must have experience with reconnaissance hardware development. (2 OPTIONS) Option 1) Installation and maintaining camera on Navy aircraft for test flights and evaluating test data and Option 2) Additional lens Qty 1) with an IFOV equal to 100 microradians. The required delivery is as follows: Framing Camera -- 15 months after award, Option 1) -- 15 months after delivery of camera, if exercised and Option 2) -- 9 months, if exercised.
