Base year plus four (4) one-year option periods. Provide all materials, labor, equipment and transportation necessary to install underlayment, resilient flooring, wall base, carpet and carpet tiles. Furniture lifting is required. Multiple awards are contemplated. Must be located within 120 mile radius for quick response.
