The services required consist of computer generated art, creative art, illustration, layout, and design using the latest technologies. This requirement includes information graphics utilizing charts and graphs, view-graphs and computer projection presentations, computer graphic format and media conversions, document covers, exhibit display panels, signs, certificates, posters, emblems, logos, maps, flyers, cartoons, caricatures, portraits (pen/ink and oil/acrylic), and publications (newsletters, brochures, event programs). The potential contractor must provide its own office facilities and equipment, and maintain "state of the art" equipment throughout the life cycle of the contract to ensure continuous upgrades to match current and emerging technologies. The potential contractor must be capable of ensuring quick responses to the Command's graphic design requirements. The anticipated award date is 1 October 1997. The anticipated period of performance is one year with four option periods of one year each. The direct labor hours, for this requirement, are estimated to be 4,800 man hours for the base year and for each option period.
