The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to enter into a contract on a single source basis with Illgen Simulation Technologies Inc. (ISTI) for software Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) efforts to support the development of two separate, but closely related development projects -- the Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS) and the National Satellite Test Bed (NSTB). All interested firms should submit a Statement Of Qualifications which addresses the type of work required herein by APRIL 18, 1997, no later than 4:00 P.M., EDT. Companies interested in this requirement should submit a written response of no more than four pages in length which provides relative experience to meet the requirements of the software IV&V efforts.
