Contractor to furnish all labor, transportation, testing, testing equipment, materials and replacement parts to perform semi-annual maintenance and emergency repair on Fire Protection Systems. Semi-annual regular maintenance to be performed on Ansul Light, Dry Chemical Systems, Carbon Dioxide Systems, Smoke Detectors and Heat Detectors. Yearly testing to be performed on Fire Pump. Emergency repair maintenance as required on the systems, response to be within twelve hour timeframe. A site inspection will be conducted for this requirement, date and time to be announced in the Solicitation. A commercial item time and material contract is contemplated. Period of performance will be for one year from date of award and will contain four one-year options, for a total of sixty months, contingent on the availability of funds. This procurement is under a 100 percent small business set-aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having average annual sales or receipts for its preceeding three fiscal years not in excess of $9.0 million.
