SPECIAL NOTICE As the U.S. civil aviation community enters its second century of operation, a myriad of factors will challenge the FAA to maintain its role as world leader in aviation safety. At this symposium, ATCA will provide an overview of the NAS Service Delivery / National Infrastructure Management System (NIMS), NAS Implementation (F&E), and Spectrum. We will focus on three of AF's strategic areas: the enhancement of NAS operations; the implementation of new technologies to increase the service delivery effectiveness; and the use of sound business practices to ensure these efficiencies. We will discuss how these themes advance us to meet future needs while addressing some compelling issues.
