for International Development (USAID) has approved a Justification for
Other than Full and Open Competition to award an interim three-month
performance-based contract to PaL- Tech, Inc. to provide uninterrupted
computer training and support services in AID/Washington and overseas.
These services are currently being provided by PaL-Tech under a
non-competitive contract through SBA's 8(a) Program. A new thirty-month
follow-on contract to continue these services under the 8(a) Program
also will be negotiated with PaL-Tech. The applicable SIC code is 7379.
This interim three-month contract will continue critical existing and
essential training services to support the deployment and
sustainability of USAID's New Management System (NMS) and provide
essential training services to initiate compliance with the
Clinger-Cohen Information Technology Act. The required level of effort
