The Contractor shall design, furnish, and erect a pre-engineered metal building in accordance with the Technical Specifications and Drawings. The building shall be complete with all materials and accessories required for a weather tight structure. The Contractor is responsible for the design of the reinforced-concrete foundation for the building. The work is located at the Headgate Rock Dam and Powerplant, 1 mile north of Parker, Arizona, within the Colorado River Indian Reservation in La Paz County. The estimated range of construction is $25,000 and $100,000. This acquisition is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Request for Quotation packages will be issued on or about April 24, 1997. The Request for Quotation closing date will be on or about May 14, 1997. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized in this action (written quotations will be received). The Standard Industrial Classification code is 1541.
