The renderings shall be sized so that the total of horizontal and vertical dimensions, excluding matting, is not less than 42". Renderings shall be appropriately apportioned to illustrate the facility shape, color, patterns and textures of exterior materials and site development features including landscaping, roads, walks and lighting. Site, floor and roof plans; exterior elevations and finish schedules; exterior finish color boards; and catalogue cuts of miscellaneous site features which will be Government furnished. Details shall be appropriate for a military installation and facility function (portrayal of personnel in uniforms, private vehicles, etc.). Renderings shall be prepared by a professional architectural illustrator. The rendering medium shall be water color. Computer generated renderings will not be considered. All interested sources must be able to provide museum quality doublematting, aluminum framing, non-glare glazing, and appropriately scaled titles. Prints and negative/slides of the renderings are also required. The deadline for responses to this notice is April 30, 1997. The SIC code is 7336. The small business size standard is $5 million.
