NATIONAL SEMINAR ON FEDERAL SUPPLY SERVICE SCHEDULES PROGRAM The General Services Administration/OFPP are pleased to announce the National Seminar on the Federal Supply Service (FSS) Schedules Program for Small Businesses on Thursday, May 1, 1997 at the Shearton Crystal City, Crystal City, Virginia.
